I am a qualified and fully accredited member of Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) providing counselling and psychotherapy in Mullingar, Westmeath. I provide a safe confidential listening environment where you can discuss the problems and situations which are impacting negatively on your life. Sharing whatever is troubling you with a Counsellor will lighten the load and you will no longer feel that you are on your own.
You will be listened to and accepted without judgement, and together we can build a supportive and trusting relationship. I will use my professional skills and experience as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist to help you build up resources to assist you to come to a solution which takes into account your own uniqueness as a person.
